  I've been here for almost 2 years. At first, it was pretty rough, there was an ac outside my bedroom window that had a loud vibration. I literally couldn't sleep for a long, each time the AC kicked on, it woke me up. The maintenance people and manager couldn't hear it. Of course, they were over during business hours and the level of sound combined with daily outside going, it was hard to hear. At any rate, I found a couple of white noise makers and the issue was resolved. That has been the only issue that wasn't resolved quickly. Someone posted a complaint about roaches, I've seen 3 big tree roaches since I've been here. I called about each "appearance" and within a couple of days, the exterminator was scheduled. So, if you are reading this review, know that roaches are not an issue here. A few months ago, I had what I called the"milk" flood. I was using the garbage disposal and happened to look down and my kitchen floor was flooded. At first, I tried to clean it up, that didn't work out too well. I called and left an emergency message. In less than 15 minutes, one of the awesome maintenance guys was at my door. He cleaned up all of the "flood"water and replaced the disposal. Next day, the fabulous father/son (Oscar and Christian)maintenance team returned to check on it. A couple of weeks ago, I reported an unusual amount of bird poop on my patio and the patio furniture. Oscar and Christian did an extraordinary job in cleaning up safely. Because I'm a bit of a germ a phobe, I provided the disinfectant. Google mentioned spraying with disinfectant to ensure not spreading the toxic poop in the air or on other areas. My patio is totally clean. Thank you again for your service 👍 Now you know that chances are you will have a maintenance issue. What you can count on is it will be addressed and repaired.

  The apartment itself is beautiful; however, some neighbors lack common courtesy. That said, Camila, the manager, truly went above and beyond to move me to a much quieter location. So far, I absolutely love it and hope I don’t have to experience anything like that again. P.S. Camila and Janine are awesome, and I truly hope they stay.

  The friendly staff have made this experience exceptional. This apartment complex is beautiful with great amenities and a fantastic location. I am looking forward to becoming a resident soon !
