- MPMICHAEL PEARSONNov 25, 20254.0Nice management and staff which most of whom is blingual and so is maintainance. Parking is both non-covered and covered but you have to pay for the latter. It is gated so no through traffic which is a plus. Units can come with a washer and dryer plus there is a laundromat next door! Many establishments within walking distance including McDonald's and NASA Johnson Space Center and three convenient stores.
