Besides having some shady people roaming around the complex at all hours of the night, the "security guard" doesn't do his job of stopping intruders and advertisers from getting in and just let's them get through the gate. If the guard isn't there outsiders just park in front of the entrance gate and wait for a resident to arrive and open it. Needless to say security is weak, with multiple break ins being reported in the past 6 months. Manger is also never in the office, I once was made to wait 2 hours for her to show up DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!!
