I just finished out my year lease here and it was ok.
Pros:
- the maintenance was the best thing here they were hardworking, friendly, and fast to respond.
Cons:
- you will share your space with daddy long leg spiders
- if your guest parking expired through the night they will get towed, and you can only have 1 guest per 24 hours unless they park in the front parking for anyone.
- the front desk people are always on a lunch break
- gate/door always broken
- walls are super thin (you hear voices, stomping, furniture moving)
- hallways are always stinky and dusty.
- elevator was down for a while
- don’t expect your full refund back
- as expected traffic during Texans game and rodeo/concerts can get packed. (Not the apartments fault just to throw out there)

REVL MED CENTER: Predatory application + refund process (read before paying)
This place has one of the most consumer-unfriendly application processes I’ve ever seen.
I paid $500 to apply. My application was denied, and then I was told only $250 would be refunded because the other $250 is a non-refundable “application fee.” get rejected, and they still keep $250.
Then instead of refunding to the original payment method (normal in 2026), they insisted refunds are issued only by paper check, required a U.S. forwarding/mailing address, and said it can take up to 30 days. If you’re applying from outside the U.S., that’s a giant headache and feels intentionally difficult.
My opinion: this is a money-extraction setup disguised as an application process—keep a big fee no matter what, and make the “refundable” portion slow and inconvenient. I would not recommend REVL MED CENTER to anyone. If you’re considering applying, think twice and get every single term in writing before you pay.

Moved in about 8 months ago and I love these apartments! The amenities are great, there’s events for residents to mix and mingle, occasional food trucks, a great gym, pool and a beautiful courtyard. It’s a secure building so my family and I feel safe here. The neighbors are very respectful and considerate. To top it off the staff is very nice, responsive and helpful. Sylvia assisted with my move in and I immediately felt welcomed, she was warm, kind and informative. Esmeralda is also super kind and helps in any way she can (and she’s been a huge help to me). Lexi always greets us with a smile and friendly chat when we stop in to grab a big cup of coffee from the cool coffee machine (another nice amenity) in the leasing office. So far I rate Revl Med Center a 10/10 as a place to call your new home!

The soundproofing in this apartment is terrible. I can clearly hear upstairs neighbors walking, dragging chairs, and moving furniture, which happens frequently and seriously affects daily life and sleep.
What makes it even worse is the outrageous rent increase. The rent was raised by $270 per month, which is completely unreasonable. This apartment is now the most expensive in the surrounding area, yet the living experience does not match the price at all. Very disappointing.
