  Both as a tenant and an owner with Precision I have to say my experience with them has been nothing but wonderful. I have had terrible experiences with THREE different property management companies as a landlord prior to Precision and I first come across with Precision as a renter. And I saw how prompt, efficient and responsive they are with any of my questions and maintenance requests I took my chance to switch to Precision with my rental property and boy that was the best decision I have made ever since I started renting my house. Because of my poor experiences with previous 3 different companies I was anxious about the switch and the owner Sandra actually met with me at the house which currently occupied with my tenants and she introduced herself to my tenants and me and answered all of our questions and concerns. I have not had one single complaint from my tenant ever since switching to Precision. They are up to the standards with everything when it comes to property management and I have had not a single problem in any avenue with them. All their staff are so nice and helpful. They just know what they are doing!!! Also they always give me sound advice which saves me whole lot of money and time and my mental energy. I have not had a single issue or complaint with them. My main agent is Kelli and she has always been so faithful and truthful with everything. What she says she will do she delivers. I love being a tenant and a landlord with Precision the best decision I have ever made when it comes to choosing a property management company💕

  Precision Realty & Management discriminates against applicants based on national origin. We never said we lacked Social Security Numbers — only that much of our income is international, so certain U.S.-specific documents (like tax returns) don’t exist in countries without income tax. Instead of addressing that, Kelli Bigby flatly refused to process our application, stating they “require SS cards.” That is not a neutral “verification process.” Under the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3604), policies that categorically exclude applicants without SSNs have a disparate impact on non-U.S. citizens and amount to discrimination based on national origin. HUD has repeatedly warned housing providers that requiring SSNs, without offering alternative methods of identity or income verification (ITINs, passports, visas, foreign credit reports, employment letters), is unlawful. Assuming Americans never work abroad and assuming non-citizens cannot have SSNs is both wrong and discriminatory. Even if neither of us were U.S. citizens, Precision Realty would still be breaking the law by refusing to even consider our application. This is Houston — an international city. If a brokerage cannot handle applicants with global backgrounds, it shouldn’t be in this market. Precision Realty needs to decide whether this is a Kelli Bigby issue or a company-wide violation of federal housing law. Either way, as landlords ourselves, we would be horrified if our own property manager behaved like this and engaged in illegal discrimination. And as future buyers, we will avoid any property tied to this firm.

  Sandra just helped me sell my rental properties and she got it done right. I've been working with her for a bit over 10 years as both my agent and property manager, and she never disappoints. As a remote landlord, having Sandra and her team handle everything has been a lifesaver. We've been through a lot together - including that massive hurricane that flooded most of Houston (Hurricane Harvey I think?). Sandra kept my properties in good shape through all of it, which wasn't easy. The peace of mind of having a fair and competent representative was honestly priceless.
