  Jacuzzis are cold and dirty all the time. Doesn’t matter if you call, they won’t do anything.

  I’ve been living here at Portico at West 8 since July 2025, and I can genuinely say that Ms. Shirley and her team have made me feel incredibly welcomed. The management team is so kind! The property is beautifully maintained, with regular security patrols to keep everyone safe. Maintenance always completes work orders quickly, which I really appreciate. Plus, if you refer someone, you'll actually get $1000 off your rent! The complex is very peaceful, making it a real pleasure to stay here.

  Kacie was amazing throughout my leasing experience at Portico at West 8. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and she made the entire process feel effortless. Because of her guidance and support, I was able to secure the apartment I wanted with a great rent concession.
