- PGpablo geralnikSep 9, 20241.0Where customer service goes to die. I came into the branch for help on an existing account, as well as to try to open a new business account. The manager wasn’t available. I left my name and number to make an appointment. I never heard back. Walked in again and the manager was rude and unhelpful. Closed the existing account and took our business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here.
