  This was our second time signing closing docs at this location and Lynda Harrop was great! We signed all our documents and then realized my husband's name was incorrect on all the lender-prepared documents. It did take awhile for this to get corrected, but Lynda was kind and professional throughout. She stayed after hours to ensure we did not have to drive an hour back to sign on a different day and gave us dinner recommendations for the area. Her level of generosity and consideration truly meant a lot to us. Thank you!

  I had a very negative experience working with Lisa Diaz and Holly Ammons during a transaction with Long Lake Builders. Throughout the process, they treated me and my team with noticeable bias and unprofessionalism. Their behavior and comments came across as discriminatory, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. As a Hispanic Real Estate Agent working with Hispanic clients, the way we were treated felt unfair and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in a real estate transaction. To make matters worse, they provided my buyer with incorrect information, leaving him confused and questioning whether something was wrong. They also insisted on being paid by the lender before the buyer had even closed, which is both unprofessional and outside of standard practice. Overall, this was a very dissatisfying experience. I cannot recommend working with them, as their conduct caused unnecessary stress and frustration for everyone involved.
