- JWJasmine WilliamsNov 1, 20251.0DON'T MOVE HERE!!! I moved here last February in 2024 and I thought it was nice and quiet. WRONG!!! #1 The roaches live there and you are just a guest. They live in the walls and unless you set the complex on fire, you won't get rid of them. We spent HUNDREDS of dollars on pest control. #2 The youth are horrible. They cuss you out, they fight in the parking lots and these are young kids like starting at the age of like 10 sitting on the generators talking about drugs and sex!! Their parents are never present amd they are pretty much raising themselves. The police were there everyday for one reason or another. #3 You can never reach the office or even corporate by phone. You have to go in and hope that a manager is there or they will tell you the manager will call back and that never happens. I moved out 2/28/2025 and I've been calling and emailing the office about returning my security deposit. No one has returned my call or email yet and that was 8 months ago. I'll be taking them to court.
