  I have been here for a year and 3 months and Mrs.jazzmin and Mrs. Chelsea. Are the best here at Metro they answer all questions and make sure they tend to your all your needs. The maintenance staff are amazing and work so hard! Metro is great place to call home. Both Mrs. Jazzmin and Chelsea are so sweet and extremely professional, they make sure you are taken care of and so does the maintenance, maintenance makes sure they reach you in a timely manner.

  As my first apartment living on my own, this has been such a great experience. The staff here are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. The community itself is welcoming — everyone I’ve met has been kind and neighborly, which really makes it feel like home. Everything from the move-in process to day-to-day living has been smooth, and I honestly have no complaints. The property is well-kept, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear the management takes pride in keeping things running right. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better first place to live on my own. I would absolutely rent here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed community.

  I have been a resident of this unit since June. And, since that time the staff has been very helpful in making my transition into my place a very smooth one. Jazzman has been particularly helpful in making sure that all of my issues and questions were answered in a timely manner. On more than a few occasions she even paused from the work that she was doing just to make sure that I was accommodated. This spoke volumes to me. I haven't lived in an apartment in nearly 25 years. However, I do appreciate how Jazzman and the rest of the staff have treated me since my arrival. They come highly recommended!!!

  Since the time I have moved in Jazzman and Marivel have been magnificent professional nice and very reliable I’m so happy to have them as property managers! They have understanding for everything & communicate very well

  Si eres latino oh Hispano no te recomiendo que hagas una aplicación ahí... A pesar de tener las credenciales t mandan a otro lugar donde hacen negocios y t quiere obligar a pagarle a ellos la misma cantidad de plata que pagarás al ingresar apartamento doblandote los costos y cuando dices que puedes de esa forma t dicen q t darán el depósito pa atrás y nada. Me tuvieron durante 2 meses esperando el depósito para al final decirme q no habrá retorno de depósito y me colgaron la llamada. Lo peor que he visto en mi vida. Especialmente la q habla Espanol una total irresponsible e irrespetuosa y voy a colocar esto en todas las redes sociales para q la gente no vaya ahí... If you're Latino or Hispanic, I don't recommend applying there... Even though you have credentials, they send you to another place where they do business and want to force you to pay them the same amount of money you'll pay when you move into the apartment, doubling the costs. When you say you can, they tell you they'll give you your deposit back, and nothing. They had me waiting for the deposit for two months, only to finally tell me there would be no refund and hang up on me. The worst thing I've ever seen in my life. Especially the one who speaks Spanish, totally irresponsible and disrespectful. I'm going to post this on all social media so people don't go there...
