  After living here for over 13 years, this management has been the worst. If you call your have to keep your fingers cross that someone answers and when and if they do the follow up is not there. Repairs are not done and the response is usually disrespectful. My father has been waiting for over two weeks to have work done in his bathroom, upon entering the apartment your smell the mold before you see it and management does not seem to care. My father is elderly and should not have to go through this. Let's hope management change their attitude or mind set and help the residents. Follow up to my review, my father is now in week six of an apartment with a leak that does not seem to be able to get fixed. After waiting six weeks someone came today to do repairs and said they were not able to do it due to the continued leak. Instead his bathroom was taking apartment and he was told he would not have hot water or heat, mind you tonight will be in the low 40's and I did mention he is over 80. He was given a key and told to go to another apartment to shower and use the facilities, unfortunately this apartment is roach infested. It is really sad that Mariposa on Ella does but care about its residents, you would have thought after all this they would have lowered his next month rent, not happening. This place is not worthy of the 1 star rating I am having to give.
