Somebody broke into my car and did steal nothing and my ceiling was leaking water. DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENTS COMPLEX!!!

- COChristopher OlsonOct 6, 20251.0Absolutely disgusting place to live. I had mold in my apartment and had to break my lease due to health complications from the mold. They kept kicking the can down the road and never dealt with the issue. There was a water leak that would seep out of the concrete wall when I would run the washing machine. I think this was the source of the water/humidity/mold, but they never bothered to fix it. Now they are trying to get me to pay early termination fees even though I have followed through the proper channels to try and get them to fix it and they refused/ignored me. The temp in my apartment during the summer would get to 85f-90f degrees while the AC ran ALL the time. I was told this was normal and since this was the first place I lived in Texas, I believed them. My new place is MUCH better. The AC actually turns off! Expect $200+ electric bills. The ceiling to my apartment caved in and the repair they had a family, with children/teenagers, come in a fix it. I had about 5 people in my apartment that look like they had no idea what they were doing. They did a decent job, but the cleanup was horrible. It was a mess after they were done and with how old the building was, I can imagine the nasty things that were let into my apartment from the attic of the building. There were homeless that broke into the apartment right next to me. I also experienced a huge cockroach infestation that they never fixed. The final straw was I put in another request for pest control, and they auto closed the request. There was also someone with an draco outside my apartment. He was walking around with it slung around his shoulder. An intoxicated woman hit a parked car. Neither of those incidents they cared about to do any type of investigations. They have a $1800 move in special right now because the place is such trash and they can't keep stable tenants. Run, run far away. Adding on to this. Trash pickup was missed for weeks. Trash piled up at the dumpsters. There are huge potholes that will damage your car. If you live in the back of the complex, you will need to go thru about 8 different speed bumps. Very unhelpful staff and owners. I have rented places for 20 years and NOTHING came close to how bad this place was. Editing to keep at the top
