If I could give it a negative 0 then I would to the MAX. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS AT ALL. Yes the front desk workers are nice but that is IRRELEVANT when it comes to how comfortable do you enjoy living where you live on a daily basis with no worries. These size apartments are not worth the amount they want each month but most of all, I have been bitten by spiders and mosquitoes while awake and asleep while living in these apartments. When the sun goes down during the time the season changes to warm and hot, the mosquitoes outside are bad until the point that you can not sit on your porch and they will come into your apartment bad too. The spiders find a way to come into your apartments and make non forseeable spider webs. I also have had roaches throughout my apartments, I am a clean person, and I have unfortunately also consistently been finding lady bugs in my bedroom while living on the 2nd FLOOR. These apartments are very infested and it is nerve wrecking when you are not used to nor accept infestation and bugs inside of your home. Take my word, you will not last long in these apartments due to them being so INFESTED. The floors and walls are thin enough in which the downstairs neighbors can hear the upstairs neighbors and you can hear the downstairs neighbors even though you are upstairs and the next door neighbors can hear each other. TERRIBLE. The apartment office also puts paper notices on tenants doors the 2nd of each month before the deadline of rent stating you will be evicted if you do not pay by the 5th. Basically, they are bullying you days ahead of time BEFORE the deadline. That is very annoying and uncomfortable when you are a person who does pay your bills before the deadline. The most reckoning part of it all is, my car got towed and I am a resident therefore I did not know why my vehicle was towed then I found out through the towing company that I was double parked in a spot. I have been parking in that same spot for a while, it is not in a crowded area plus I did not know that I was doubled parked that day and I park under a camera. However, this is not downtown nor a public parking area, this is where I live therefore you would not expect something major like this to happen to you over a minor situation like that especially due to the fact that you are a tenant. These apartment complexes have security who walk around 24/7 for the safety of the tenants. However, they could have put a notice on my door and/or brought it to my attention by putting a note on my car. They put notices on your door when you do not pay your rent on the 1st. I unfortunately did not even get an email that my car was towed and it was towed at 3:20 am on a Thursday and I found out on my own that my car was missing by Sunday morning. I just so happened to look out the window and noticed that my car was gone. Again, security walks around so your vehicles will not be stolen, safety, and there are cameras throughout the apartment, but yet they have a towing company. I would not be surprised if security calls the towing company and makes money under the table, the apartment complexes do get paid through commission because nothing is free, and it cost at least over $300 to get your car back just for 1 day and it goes up after 1 day. When I picked up my car and made it back at 9pm, a towing truck was pulling up and there were 2 more that came after that until 12:30am in which the last one towed someone's vehicle. You do not have to look out your window to see if your car is stolen, you have to look out your window to see if your car has been towed and they come between 9pm-4am. I WOULD NOT DARE recommend these apartments to NO ONE because I would not dare want NO ONE to walk into this line of traumatization, infestation, worries, nor problems then have to start all over somewhere else. People look for consistency, comfort, and no worries when they move into a home or apartment not steadily having to move due to the opposite. Trust me, you will urgently want to move if you move out here. Take my word, DO NOT MOVE HERE! 100!
