This situation is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. The accumulation of waste is a health hazard and has now begun to attract rodents and birds, which are destroying the bags and spreading trash everywhere. Given that we are charged a trash fee, I expect a much higher standard of service and a more immediate resolution to this issue.

Bella was my leasing agent and she went over and beyond to help me. The people over her are terrible communicators. I applied Thursday 2/19 for move in 2/20. I constantly had to submit the same documents I had already submit when doing the application. Once I submitted what was requested they asked again for the same documents. I am a business owner, we use multiple things to accept payments. I provided everything to prove my income and my business. They did not want to use my business bank statements or my 1099. They only wanted my tax transcript. I don’t understand why both could not be used. Even after I provided my LLC papers, resident services tried to say that my business does not exist because whoever search it mistyped a number. Once proven they provided a link for me to get my tax transcript, I used the link provided and they came back and said that my transcript was not from the IRS. Where else would I get a tax transcript? Today, I called and spoke to Kathryn and I explained everything that was going on. She stated she will look over it and give me a call back. She did not call back. This is what I’m told every time I call. This entire process has been overwhelming and frustrating. They take your money and give you the run arounds!

Terrible did everything and signed up and did application they denied me than proceeded to tell me the application fees or non refundable after website said application fee are refundable. So I wasted 280 dollars for no reason and still have to pay for another application somewhere else. The reason for denial was completely inhuman and unacceptable you want tenants and but only accept a certain category of tenants. They denied me after one day of putting my application in deleted my account and didn’t even call to let me know I was denied I had to find out for myself. Met requirements of rent and paystubs and history had me and my spouse which she has never signed on anything or doesn’t have bad credit and yet was still denied because of past history from 3-4 years ago god awful communication and more like a scam than a opportunity funny how they are almost the only one who is a “friendly based income” apartment complex and still can’t even get approved for this terrible system terrible experience don’t recommend to anyone definitely a scam. Also bet they will try to removed this comment so seems they aren’t as terrible and a scam as they are.

I’m sharing this as a resident safety concern. On February 4th around 6 PM, a uniformed woman came to my apartment door. I did not recognize her and initially did not answer. She then attempted to open my door, so I opened it to see who she was. She stated I needed to sign something so they can “take legal proceedings” but would not clearly explain. I did not sign . She then asked to come inside my home to tape a notice on the inside of my door and take a photo. I refused entry because I was alone with my infant. After I closed and locked the door, she continued knocking and then used a key to try to enter my apartment again even though I refused entry. The only thing that prevented entry was my secondary lock. No paperwork was left on my door. This was extremely alarming. I have documented the incident and reported it to management. I hope the property reviews its key control and resident safety procedures so this does not happen to anyone else. Additionally, overall property security and maintenance have noticeably declined. Only one gate is currently operating and it remains OPEN 24/7, which raises safety concerns. Several of the already limited gym machines have also been out of order for an extended period without repair. I hope these issues are addressed along with resident safety procedures. Update after tracing out to management we’ve only gotten automated AI responses
