He’s incredibly hardworking, dependable, and always shows up on time with a great attitude. From the hammetts!! We appreciate you!!

- MMMia MilinaOct 23, 20251.0Thank god for the new staff I just hope the got rid of the management company. Maggie was and is horrible at communicating! Which landed us leaving this toxic place. (Read below) I loved living here, the animals was the best part. The pool was only open once since living there, one car was broken into and a few others were left on cement blocks. Both gates USED to open however the only have one open 24/7. The code box should just be removed lol. My time being here mail Boxes were broken into twice. Over all it’s quiet. There was one incident that happened a man wanted for murder lived in the back and swat came. The individuals who worked the office before were great, I didn’t care for Jim! So was happy to not see him for a while. Long story short we had Covid and my husband had to miss a few days of work. No work=no pay! So we were a day late on rent. We tried to pay on the app and the account was locked, tried to pay at Kroger locked! We tried to get in touch with Maggie and she was dodging our phone calls, emails, text messages. (I bet you wish you would have communicated with us now huh?) long story short they tried to evict us under our OLD lease, we had signed our new lease AFTER they filed eviction on us. They lost in court at the end of this. Over all a lesson was learned on Their part. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR PEOPLE!! Heather was cool in the beginning. It’s a nice property OVER ALL! Like I said it’s quiet people keep to their self. Respect the animals please.❤️ Hopefully they have new everything and things will look up for Lakebridge. That was the only negative thing from this. I’d leave this review for the management company but 🤷🏽♀️
