  Management raising rent and fees for loyal tenants but why?? Lots of theft a new car missing wheels or the windows smashed every week. Dog Poop and roaches and trash in the hallways. Plus the lobby is always filled with trash. Glass everywhere someone could get hurt. This place is a safety hazard ❌🆘

  We moved in back in November 2025 and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the second we walked into our unit, we were completely in love. It instantly felt like home. The layout, the lighting, the cozy atmosphere, absolutely perfect! The entire property has such a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The front desk ladies? True queens!!. They are the sweetest, most caring, and attentive people. They go above and beyond every single time. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Everything about living here has been amazing. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to call home.

  Living at Durham Heights Apartments since November has been a great experience overall. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The grounds are always kept up nicely, and the landscaping looks neat year round. Maintenance has been responsive and efficient whenever I’ve needed assistance, which really gives peace of mind. The office staff has been professional, friendly, and helpful from day one. They made the move in process smooth and are always quick to answer questions. Parking is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels peaceful and welcoming, especially in the evenings. One thing I really appreciate is that they host great resident events. It’s nice to see the community come together, and it shows they genuinely care about creating a positive living experience for everyone! 20 out of 10! Highly recommend and you will not doubt your decision! 😁😁😁👍🏼

  Love living here. Moved here in October of 2025 and I have had such a wonderful experience. I love the amenities that they have on the complex. The team is very friendly and will help with any of my needs. Very dog friendly which is always a plus. Love the events they hold every month so I get to know my fellow neighbors and make new friends. It is such a great apartment community!!!

  Anywhere I try to drive lately my map constantly changes and tells me to make turns it won’t even show up the route that I’m on and will constantly change while I’m trying to drive.. I don’t know how many U-turns I’ve had to do which is made me late to several appointments.. I am very disappointed with this app and will probably no longer be using it.. I just downloaded two more on the App Store and I’m going to give them a try, but I’m very disappointed because this is the app that I have always used to get me and my children around.. I hope y’all make the changes necessary so that you don’t lose more business, I’m simply just trying to give feedback so you can correct and make adjustments accordingly.. thank you for your time & I hope you have a wonderful day… best regards, Amanda Ballentine
