  RiRi and Mikey were absolutely amazing they have been totally and completely helpful and have gone beyond measures to help me and my family out .. very informative and no matter how many times I call they answer and assist! We need more people like them in the world ❤️

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience today was extremely disappointing. I was told about a month ago that a unit would be ready for viewing by Nov 10th, it is the 18th. When I went in the woman with the upper lip piercing had been going back and forth with me about the unit not being ready and how she was on her lunch break so she did not want to show me the unit that said available on her screen. The heavy set hispanic lady came in accusing me of false information stating that “ Are you telling my employee that there is a unit available when it is not available”. She claimed I did not look at the correct information on the screen and when asking for a specific unit for viewing they kept trying to tell me not a single unit even other layouts were available. I only came in to see Naples I. They did not greet me or show any kind of hospitality.

  This place s really home , leasing office staff are awesome, Mike and Riri r the best , so helpful , they made my moving here so smooth i just moved here and love this place

  Absolutely love my new apartment & the community . I just moved in a couple of days ago . BIG s/o to Mikey from the tour all the way to my move in date he was very consistent with helping me through the process & his energy is incredible so sweet & genuine . Love it here neighbors are quiet . Perfect stay . 10/10

  Management in the office are very rude, they have changed twice since I’ve been there and never gets information correct. I don’t understand u get an utility bill an it wasn’t informed to me when first moved in I had to pay an not only that I pay all my utilities an doesn’t have an gas oven where is it to show all these things being used? They messed me all over! I had been dealing with Mikey so call Assistant Manager but doesn’t know how to be, he’s very rude, over talks you, as well discriminates, I don’t think he wanted me there furthermore. I never was a bad tenant had any traffic or anything going on at my unit. On last Wednesday they given me a 24hour notice to vacate due to all those fees they overcharged me for an the constable came back out the next day and had the maintenance put all my things outside which was embarrassing an horrible! I had very short timing to do everything! I suffer from epilepsy an had an episode while everything was going on an had nowhere to go. This was beyond wrong, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone😏I wouldn’t recommend living at this place the people in the office doesn’t have an heart. As well I want to add on you all didn’t follow the proper eviction procedures I never went in front of the judge to be given a 30day notice you all took it upon yourself to go to the courts where their was an 24hour notice to vacate, don’t know how that was done. You all need to do your job correctly and know the proper procedures.
