  I want to give a huge shoutout to Mucil from the maintenance team. He was extremely professional, respectful, and efficient from start to finish. He took the time to explain what the issue was, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing his job right and helping residents feel comfortable. Maintenance experiences can be hit or miss, but Mucil made this one completely stress-free. Definitely one of the best maintenance workers I’ve dealt with thank you!

  First time going to the leasing office and was greeted almost immediately by a lady named Riri. We had a conversation about taking a tour of the apartments while laughing and being sold on one of the apartments we went to look at on the property. Thank you Riri for the tour of the apartments and the warm hospitality!!

  I recently moved into the Delray and I’m loving my new unit. The property is clean and well kept, the prices are affordable, no noise pollution from neighbors and I absolutely love the front office staff. Ask for Mikey when you visit he will hands down give you the best and easiest experience. He was super communicative, informative, patient, he answered all my questions stayed late to assist me along in the process with anything that i didn’t understand. He really worked hard and we greatly appreciate him.

  RiRi and Mikey were absolutely amazing they have been totally and completely helpful and have gone beyond measures to help me and my family out .. very informative and no matter how many times I call they answer and assist! We need more people like them in the world ❤️

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience today was extremely disappointing. I was told about a month ago that a unit would be ready for viewing by Nov 10th, it is the 18th. When I went in the woman with the upper lip piercing had been going back and forth with me about the unit not being ready and how she was on her lunch break so she did not want to show me the unit that said available on her screen. The heavy set hispanic lady came in accusing me of false information stating that “ Are you telling my employee that there is a unit available when it is not available”. She claimed I did not look at the correct information on the screen and when asking for a specific unit for viewing they kept trying to tell me not a single unit even other layouts were available. I only came in to see Naples I. They did not greet me or show any kind of hospitality.
