- ACA C3 days ago1.0Be very careful buying a home from these folks I do not recommend purchasing from them. When you first purchase they are very nice with great customer service and do whatever you need. This is all a face just to get you to purchase. I bought my home around April 2022 and it is falling apart. The warranty company and Clayton homes will not do anything about it to fix it. They blame everything on it’s a settling issue. I’m barely at about 4 years into the home and it’s a nightmare.
