  I want to preface this by saying, I'm not typically one to write reviews but my experience was horrible. I moved in July 12, 2025. Talked to leasing office at about 12:50pm and told them that my bathroom is actively flooding. Maintenance shows up around 1:15pm. They dried up the water but didn’t actually clean up the mess that was left from the work leaving me with a mess to clean up. (7/15/2025) Overall, maintenance was very nice and solved the issues, I just wish they cleaned up the leftover mess. Pest control is nice but they only come once a week—not enough when you have an infestation. It also says in the documentation provided upon signing the lease that pest control comes Tuesday—they don’t, they come Wednesday--this is not a huge deal for me but for those who like to be home when people are there, this matters. Apartment is infested with roaches so much so that I’ve woken up with roach bites and roaches climbing on my bed frame on multiple occasions (photos of bites attached). I ended up having to put Raid at the bottom of the bed—everywhere they could climb up and that’s when the bites finally stopped. Most of the roaches I’ve seen so far have been smaller or like normal size but I’ve also had huge ones (photo attached) The roaches are EVERYWHERE even the oven and dishwasher. I moved here in July and the pools were supposedly awaiting inspection but I walked by one of the pools—not the one they show you on the tour—and there was trash in it and it was abundantly clear it had been there for awhile. The walls are extremely thin so much so that if my upstairs neighbor has their phone sitting on a table or the floor, I can hear it vibrate. It’s also a very loud complex, there are people loudly playing music every night, all hours of the night. The price is low for a reason so just be careful. If you can afford to live somewhere else, do it. 8/20: issue with the chiller so the ac isn’t working properly 8/22 chiller was fixed so we have ac again but no email or text was sent out to let tenants know. 8/14 we have no hot water so I submitted a work order the morning of the 15th. (This eventually got resolved a few days later but still no communication from property management) I ended up moving out shortly after 8/14. This is the documentation I kept because I had so many issues after moving in. They know the condition the property is in and I don't believe they should be renting with the complex in the condition it's in.

  La verdad no les recomiendo , las piscinas nunca las abrieron, cucaracha por demás , cuando entré al departamento ratones , y ahora llevo 3 semanas con el aire dañado y no me dan solución solo dicen lamento mucho tu situación ya llevé tu caso a un supervisor y no resuelven nada . Nos quitan servicios de mantenimiento de piscinas y nunca las abrieron pésimo servicio para resolver los problemas ya casi un mes con el aire acondicionado dañado y nadie resuelve

  These apartments help a lot with your finances since the rent is very affordable. The maintenance staff are very kind and helpful. The office staff Michelle, Jackie, Daniel and shelsy are always willing to assist and explain everything in detail. If you are looking to move, ask for Michelle she helped me with my apartment. She is fast, consistent, and above all, very friendly.
