  Just toured and the leasing agent along with the community manager did such an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and answering all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate all of the insight and look forward to hopefully calling this home.

  I had such a great experience touring with Allison! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as she walked me through various floor plans that I was interested in. She answered all my questions with genuine care and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Her professionalism and warm personality truly shows. I highly recommend Allison if you’re looking for someone who’s helpful, attentive, and really enjoys what she does!

  I had the pleasure of touring the complex with Allison and she was great! She was very accommodating, patient, and was very transparent. She answered all of my questions and has an amazing attitude. She went out of her way to show us the unit we would be moving into even though we weren’t scheduled to since we’d had a previous bad experience with another complex. While we toured the complex was clean and organized. They have valet trash but there wasn’t any trash out in the hallway. The amenities were clean and tidy. Had the pleasure of bumping into their maintenance team and they were super friendly too! Will be moving in two weeks!!!

  Wow these apartments actually really blew me away and Matthew was the icing on the cake everything was clean and smelling great the bathrooms were crispy clean as well I was just stopping by but now I'm tempted to come back and check out their units!!!!

  The only good thing about these apartments is the location. The actual property is dirty. These dog shit everywhere and to include if you park/live close to the dumpster, that is all you will smell. Of/when you move out, it is a mandatory cleaning service you have to pay. I spot on the carpet you will not get your deposit back. Also, you will be responsible for changing water filter on your refrigerator. I had 2 tiny dogs with 1 spot they took my entire deposit as well as the pet deposit. (Out of $1000 I paid to get in there, I’m only getting $100. I was in the largest 1 bedroom.)There is another charge for a “smart” package. I didn’t not anything smart in my apartment except for the thermostat. That cost $168 extra on top of the rent for nothing. I request a smart plug, and never received it. My stove broken and I received one that wiggled and they did not have another on. In the “winter” months.. people steal tires. The property management doesn’t careI would say to stay away from this property and will not be referring not a friend, business partner, or even family to move here. They will take your funds.
