  Living at Avasa has been my best apartment living experience thus far. Although I no longer call this place my home their efforts to make this a safe and comfortable environment can’t go unnoticed. From the front desk admins to the maintenance team, everyone did their part to make it a pleasant place to live. I can honestly say Avasa never ignored the issues and always tried to make things right and safe for us residents and visitors. They did not leave residents In the dark and promptly addressed community concerns. Thank you Avasa for all your hard work.

  Adonis, has been amazing! He is always kind, respectful, and very helpful whenever we need assistance. He responds quickly and fixes things efficiently with great care and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated. We really appreciate all the hard work he does for the residents!

With every service request I have submitted, Adonis has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. His work is always completed promptly and with outstanding quality standards. In addition his respectful, and helpful attitude makes a significant difference in the resident experience. Adonis is a valuable asset to Avasa Spring and an example of service excellence.

  I recently moved out of Avasa after being there for about 15 months. I was not going to voice my issues but feel that this should be communicated. Upon move out, they will have a mandatory cleaning fee, however, they fail to mention that your carpet needs to be in pristine condition, or you will be charged additionally. They also charged me for utilities backing over 4 months ago stating they had not yet received invoices from the provider. Additional issues to consider: 1. Walls are thin. I often heard my surrounding neighbors. 2. Wheel theft is rampant. 3. Parking was a consistent issue. Several reserved spots on my side of the building, while hardly any on the other side. Made no sense. 4. Pests were a consistent issue. 5. There is only one dumpster for the whole complex. There would be times I would take my own trash out and the can was full and trash was on the ground. Not only was it unsanitary, but also an eye sore for a place that markets luxury living. I gave two stars because Kirby (when she was there) was very kind. I had a horrible move in experience, and she alongside Amber helped to rectify it.
