I want to start by saying I loved my apartment however, you will regret moving into these apartments when you meet the staff and see what's going on behind the scenes. Maintenance is sleeping with residents, RACOONS ARE IN THE WALLS AND CEILINGS. Lakisha can be VERY difficult to deal with as she thinks she runs the place. If you would like pictures and videos reach out to me for more information.

I just recently moved into ashford lakes and I love everything about the property! Erin was such a joy and super helpful during the application process as well as keeping me updated.
I’ve been living here for almost 3 years & the apartment complex are nice & quiet. Never had no issues until now.. I’ve been waiting a while for information on my transition process. Every time I speak with the office it’s something different or they aren’t calling me back when I leave a message or an email. Erin is literally so rude & combative whenever I call the office. She wasn’t working here when I first came to this complex & I dislike communicating with her because she’s very arrogant & snobby with her responses. If I’m asking to many questions that’s getting on her nerves & it’s shows in how she communicates over the phone. I was going to stay here because I have no real issues with my apartment but the way she’s speaks to me every time I call is very nasty & distasteful.

I called Erin last minute, and she was kind enough to squeeze me in for a tour, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, she was so pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. The difference in customer service compared to another apartment complex I had visited earlier that day was like night and day. Erin took the time to answer all my questions, showed genuine care, and made the visit feel effortless!
Pros:
-Walking trail
-No parking lot issues with car break ins/tire thieves
-Thick walls
Cons:
-Parking lot fills up every weekend and if you work late you may be forced to park outside of the complex
-Dog poop everywhere and the smell of piss
- EVERYTHING you can imagine broke in our unit within our 6 month lease. Oven, microwave handle, sink leaked 3 different times which caused the floor to lift up, AC broke, tank leak, towel rods broke, laundry room door broke, patio infested w wasp nests, dryer.
- The most frustrating part of all is our dryer never worked the entire 6 months. I reached out to maintenance 10+ times and they would come and never fix the issue. It wasn't until about month 3 when they said it was an issue that someone needed to come out and go on the roof for. When I asked how long that would take they said it would need approval and they had no time frame for how long it would take. I visited the office weekly and go the number of the lady above the property manager to try to expedite the approval process. Finally, they approved it after a month and said it was one month out from getting fix. At the date they told me I followed up to see if it was getting fixed that day and was told they couldn't come for another month (which was after the end of my lease). So basically $2000 a month with no dryer which forced me to do laundry somewhere else for 6 months.
