  The worst apartment in my life, I don’t recommend everything is here. Old apartments cockroaches everything. I been here for a year ask them to change my apartments I asked for pet control The first day I moved here. The house was full of cockroaches.

  10/29/25 i Applied for an apartment front office reached out first thing in the morning of the next day stating that they were going to send me an email with a link for me to verify my income and my identity. I called twice said the same thing I have not received anything yet I did not want to believe the reviews but at this moment, I do believe the reviews I have not received nothing yet and at this point, I don’t want to lease here I want a refund because you have not worked on anything yet i call more times and put in more time into this issue then the leasing office it self

  Well, what can I say about artesian? Let's start off with the manager. I came in with my grandson just to inquire a question about an apartment that he potentially wanted to rent. His credit is excellent. He's working making great money. Unfortunately, he lbut. Unfortunately, he lost his parents, so I went in with him to talk to the management about a program. For victims that have lost parents or were in a crime, and what does this lady do? Not only does she belittle him, but she also belittled my daughter, who's in a tax bracket that she will never see in her life and to be rude and disrespectful. I\n Am so glad we have managers like her to help us when we're going through difficult situations. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. I'll make sure that I express this to the state of Texas so that they know when you are looking for apartments after something horrific or home has happened in your life to avoid places like artesian, because if you are dealing with something going to management, this lady will make you feel. Like you are. Less than thank you, ma'am.You did a wonderful job

  Do not apply for these apartments! They are unprofessional, unreliable, and full of excuses. My friend was given the complete runaround no clear answers, no communication, and a total waste of time. They do not care about people, only about taking applications and deposits. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else!

  The leasing team - April and Vivian were very great and knowledgeable. My experience with them made me want to apply and move forward despite a few concerns about the community. After applying, I spoke with the Manager Sophia and that interaction was very poor. Sophia attempted to force me to decide immediately if I wanted to move forward, despite communication by email stating I have 48 hours to move forward due to some terms changing. I definitely would not recommend Artesian at Westheimer as long as she is in management. Concerns I had regarding the community were during the tour. The apartment was supposed to be move in ready for a tenant the next day but the apartment had a really bad smell, like something died. It was also quite dirty and had some type of animal hair debris and all the vents were missing. This raised a concern but I did move forward with applying because I felt the leasing staff I worked with would be able to rectify these things easily and this was not the same unit I would be moving info. Thankfully, the leasing manager deterred me from moving forward. It’s evident that if I did have any concerns or issues, she would not be the person you want rectifying them.
