Since Milli became the leasing manager, things have changed, and honestly, if there were a Worst Leasing Manager award, she’d be a strong contender. She’s consistently dismissive, uncooperative, and rude in her interactions with residents, especially with long term residents. The friendly experience during tours doesn’t always match what residents deal with once the lease is signed: contractors show up unannounced, items have gone missing from the mailroom, dumpsters are often overflowing, and I’ve even started noticing roaches in my unit (something I never experienced before until 2025). Management often replies to negative reviews with acknowledgment or apologies, but nothing has changed. I’m sharing this so prospective tenants know what to expect and ownership takes real action.
