The team (particularly Rosa, Cindi, and Dora) has been very helpful, proactively and responsively, whether it comes to maintenance issues, lease changes/renewals, and any other communication with the landlord. They are responsive to text messages. Most importantly, any AC issues have been handled with immediate action. It feels common sense to say, but my experience with maintenance issues includes trying to fix or troubleshoot on my own before submitting a maintenance request. This helps streamline the process!
