The repair staff alert me immediately, send out a tech, keep the tenant advised, and notify me of the expense to get it done quickly and efficiently. Rose B in leasing makes sure the tenant and I know when the lease is coming up for renewal and does a good job of sending me the rental comps for the area. She's dialed in when a tenant starts making false claims about the property maintenance in order to break the contract without penalty. These are just some of the reasons why Aim continues to be my property manager for over 20 years!
