  I live there currently; the office management is never around. They don't respond to emails, they increased the trash and water fess by double, anybody can lease there now. It used to be quiet, classy, peaceful, and clean with no cars parked on the sides. Use to be little to no kids around there and if kids were around, they have manors. Trust me I will be finding another place to live as long as they have the 2 new managers in the office. The 1st man manager may have not been there alot but he had the property up to par and things were smooth. The 2nd ladt manager was just sorry and now we have 2 men that never seen, make community post but never there, and increased fess by double but can never send an itemized list of why the water and trash have increased and just respond to emails, its in the lease. No professional response just following protocol of corporate, but I got something for them. They will have a surprised visit from the media soon.

  Jesus is wonderful. He did so great and I am already been approved for moving in to the Estate the same week that I applied. Thanks to Jesus a job well done.

  The worst apartment management ever! Martha is a liar and a thief! She will lie on you even if she don’t know you or the facts lol. They lie about damages after you move out and will exaggerate cost for you to pay. They will charge you for things they were suppose to maintain and never did. Maintenance is unprofessional and inappropriate it’s disgusting! Maintenance will just casually walk into your apartment without notice but don’t be startled and respond in a way that makes them mad or they will call the police on you and lie to them about you. I’m sure about it, they did it to me! I literally just moved here and am just disappointed with people like this. Management has been changed so many times within the year I resided there it’s ridiculous. New people in and out constantly but never makes the community aware. You will find out by seeing a new face in the office or driving the golf cart doing nothing just looking at the ladies….Some of The people in the community are really low grade and take away the value within the community. It’s really a nice place but never kept up. Nothing for the kids to do. Cat and dog poop everywhere! Some neighbors have cats and they roam the neighborhood while pooping and throwing up on the driveway concrete…just nasty. There are neighbors who load the backs of their trucks with trash and use it as a trash can; literally will allow their trash to blow into your yard and driveway and management does nothing about it and never did. Let’s not talk about the couple in the front who constantly has domestic disputes and the police having to come out every other night. The roach problem here has gotten so worse😩😩 the showers are not made right so the pictures they have online are false. There are no vents in the bathroom so I was living with mold the entire time and they did nothing about it. After I moved out, they actually said they are charging me for the mold!!! How?!? People are constantly moving in and moving out…what does that tell you? The neighbors blast their music every morning and you can hear through the thin walls, what an inconvenience for real. There was a neighbor who always got drunk and would go knocking on doors dancing…it’s true I have video proof of all of this. The maintenance man will ask you for your number and if you don’t give it to him, expect for him to skip over your work order tickets and have nothing fixed in your place. If you are a single mom, they will take advantage of you, maintenance will use that against you. Unfortunately this is the world we live in. I wouldn’t move here though…what they charge is not worth the value of the unit or community. They are purposely overcharging when you move in and purposely overcharging for damages when you move out. Don’t move here! And don’t be a black woman who defends or stands up for yourself or they will label you an “angry disrespectful black woman”…this is my first time ever residing in Texas and first time learning of Greystar apartments and actually living in them and the new management maria has the audacity to lie and say that I’ve been problematic with the company previously….wow just unbelievable and so unprofessional. I’m currently in the process of filing a claim against her and the company. This has to stop and will!
