- SOS OsborneOct 31, 20251.0I live there currently; the office management is never around. They don't respond to emails, they increased the trash and water fess by double, anybody can lease there now. It used to be quiet, classy, peaceful, and clean with no cars parked on the sides. Use to be little to no kids around there and if kids were around, they have manors. Trust me I will be finding another place to live as long as they have the 2 new managers in the office. The 1st man manager may have not been there alot but he had the property up to par and things were smooth. The 2nd ladt manager was just sorry and now we have 2 men that never seen, make community post but never there, and increased fess by double but can never send an itemized list of why the water and trash have increased and just respond to emails, its in the lease. No professional response just following protocol of corporate, but I got something for them. They will have a surprised visit from the media soon.

The maintenance guy lucky is the most unreliable person I have ever seen. I know for sure the response will be “we couldn’t locate you in our system” your garage door will always be open cuz they give out wrong garage controller to people. Lucky the maintenance guy will take three months to complete a maintenance job.
