  We moved from Austin to Houston not too long ago and truthfully it’s been a huge glow-up. Durham Heights is by far one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The management team alone is a higher caliber and I really appreciate their dedication to maintaining all of the spaces of the property. They handle complaints swiftly, the maintenance team had been timely and efficient, and the apartment unit itself is high quality. I also really enjoy all the resident events they put on as well as when they show appreciation for us! They’re all super nice to my fur-babies (even my grumpy little old gal) and make us feel safe and welcome. We’ve been trying to convince our friends to move in!

  Love living here. My son and I have resided here for the past 3—maybe 4—years, and we absolutely love it. Management consistently hosts events for tenants, which really helps build a sense of community—it’s not just another apartment building. This is home.

  I moved into Durham Heights about three months ago, and I happy with my decision. From day one, this place has felt like home — and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible leasing team here. The entire staff has been welcoming, professional, and always on hand whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything sorted. But I have to give a very special, heartfelt shoutout to Sarah Grace. She is, without question, the reason I chose Durham Heights over everywhere else I looked. Sarah Grace is an absolute gem. She knows this property inside and out — every detail, every amenity, every question I threw at her, she handled with total confidence and expertise. But what really set her apart was her warmth. She wasn’t just selling me an apartment; she genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for and made me feel like I was already home before I even signed anything. That kind of care is rare, and it made all the difference. If you’re considering Durham Heights, go in and ask for Sarah Grace — you’ll see exactly what I mean. This team and this community are something special. Highly, highly recommend! 🙌 One thing I’d love to see management do is adding a security layer to the elevators — such as key fob or access code entry to reach any floor. The building doors are often open during leasing office hours, which means uninvited guests could potentially walk in without checking in, or simply tailgate behind residents. And since there’s no front desk presence after office hours, there’s really no second line of defense. A secured elevator system would go a long way in giving residents that extra peace of mind especially after office hours and would truly elevate the living experience here — no pun intended!

  Love living here and amenities. The front office is always helpful and works hard to build a community feel. Situated right in the Heights within walking distance and driving distance to anything that would be needed.

  I love living here!! The property is clean and well taken care of and they are very laid back as well! Always fix things immediately if needed. Fun events and great amenities too! Shout out to the manager, she’s SO helpful and sweet, she went out of her way to help me and borrow items for a gathering I was having in the club room. Overall, I’d say my experience here has been amazing so far :)
