  Let me start off by saying the office staff is amazing let's start off with Mrs Veronica she is the best she listens and she hear you she will not lie to you or tell you she is going to do something without it being done she is amazing all around just give her a chance go in with respect she will give u respect back I'm happy we have her now to my girl Juliana all around amazing she does it all with no complaints you call her with a problem she goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of it just amazing I'm so happy to have her as well and the new assistant manager is very nice it's a pleasure to have you as well every time I speak with her she is do nice and helpful thx you guys for always being here for me and helping out every time I call in or come by keep up the good thx so much 🤗

  Lamentablemente, el peor servicio que he recibido. El personal de oficina es desorganizado, poco profesional y con una actitud totalmente indiferente. Da la impresión de que no existe una gerencia real. Definitivamente no volvería ni lo recomendaría.no le recomendaria vivir aki ni a mi peor enemigo..

  I’ve had a very disappointing experience living at Costa Vizcaya Apartments. Management is unresponsive and slow to address concerns, even for issues that affect daily living. Maintenance requests take far too long to be resolved, and when they are, the fixes often feel rushed or incomplete. The property looks decent at first, but ongoing problems like noise, cleanliness, and lack of follow-through from the office make it hard to feel comfortable here. Communication is poor, and residents are left feeling ignored once the lease is signed. For the price, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. I would not recommend Costa Vizcaya to anyone looking for a well-managed and resident-focused community.

  Costa Viscaya es, sin duda, el peor lugar donde he vivido. Después de 3 años viviendo ahí, así es como tratan a sus residentes: te roban tu dinero y no dan la cara. La administración es un desastre total. No respetan a los inquilinos, hacen cargos injustificados y cuando reclamas, simplemente te ignoran. No es casualidad que hayan cambiado de compañía administradora 3 veces; eso dice mucho de lo mal que manejan todo y de la cantidad de problemas que tienen. Al final, solo buscan cómo sacarte más dinero, sin importar el tiempo que hayas vivido ahí o si siempre cumpliste con tus pagos. La experiencia fue tan mala que prefiero dormir en la calle antes que volver a vivir ahí. No recomiendo Costa Viscaya a nadie. Falta de respeto, mala administración y ladrones. Eviten este lugar a toda costa.me robaron la mitad de mi deposito que el apartamento esta sucio y que le falta un bombillo deberían de cerrarles el complejo por din vergüenza qué son falta de etica y moral

  When I first came to look in lease, these apartments, one of the residents told me as I walked out not to live here they show favoritism to Hispanic residence only. I ignored the comment and continue to proceed with moving in. When I first moved in, I was handed my key and people were still cleaning the apartment out the day of and I was told by Giuliana they were gonna be done by 10 o’clock that morning. I was sent the registration to register my car and each time I attempted to register my car I received the notification stating my registration was already completed. That following Monday, I called the leasing office and talked to Juliana and asked her. Does she see my vehicle register in the system? She checked and stated the prior tenant that was in this apartment was still registered. She had to take them out of the system first then send me a new link once she sent me that link I went in the system later on that evening because I had to go to the office to work because my outlets weren’t working and I put in a work request as well. I was able to set up my account and when I went to register my car the system was spinning. It wouldn’t allow me to complete my registration. Because the work order was not put in. I had to go back to the office and work all day on Tuesday so by the time I left work and made it home, the office was closed. I tried to get on the system again and it just kept spinning. By Wednesday morning they told my car in the office Juliana and the office manager Veronica with no help to me at all they prolonged all day wasted my time and never was able to help me. This is not the type of apartments you wanna live in. I have not been here for two weeks and already have an issues with them. I wish I would have read these reviews before I moved here.
