  I’ve been living here for a few years. They are reasonably priced in comparison to other apartments of the same size in the area. The closets are big and the rooms are a nice size too. The kitchen is a bit outdated (appliances, cabinets, & counters) and that’s my only bite about the apartment. I’ve been having a peaceful stay here. Definitely would recommend Costa Rialto.

  It’s the office staff for me. They are so sweet! I have been here 4 years and honestly have no complaints. These are definitely affordable apartments. I see why no one wants to leave these apartments. They are quiet for the location. Oh and the floor plans are HUGE with garden tubs and HUGE walk in closets.

  Where should I start? The office team is just the sweetest little ladies I have ever met. They always work so hard to answer any questions that you may have and in a timely manner. Still awaiting move in but as I see it’s a long tedious process with compliance so I am waiting patiently for my move in date. Thanks Angel, Adree and Yadira for all your time and patience you show daily.
