  They got new management after I did the whole application process with the lady Kiara . Then they wanted me to do the whole shit over as far as uploading documents etc I applied Feb 25 it’s April 5 like I already been waiting long as hell .. who wants to do that ? then I asked for my money order back she told me I can’t get it back if I was to cancel .. what ??? That’s crazy ima find some else maybe I dodge a bullet If they this unprofessional imagine moving in… it’s the principal for me .. I hate when stuff be unprofessional like this ..

  I was told this was good spot and when I moved here I was disappointed we never had inspections we never had no one to stand up for us or to some of the rude residents in such a adult to adult way we never had proper security the new lady in the office ms nsyhae and ms Kierra has been amazing they give us tough yet caring love and makes us feel secure now we residents held a night meeting to all move out of costa together but when these ladies stepped in they made us change our mind due to the big change with me being a member of what I am and being around a few high authority figures costa has had a bad name for years now to where law enforcement don’t wanna come here and now they even see a change thanks for making costa great again

  Good Evening I’m posting this review was thinking about coming back to the Costa Ibiza. When entering into the leading office to find one of your Corporate Leadership, speaking to your property management in the tone of such disrespect until it was unexceptional and down right rude. And then turn with all respect unto the assistant with the most up respect that you should’ve been shown to the property manager as well as hard as she’s work to make this place, a place that residents want to live here. Nyashe the other day putting decorations out. Kiara was painting pumpkins on the windows and they’re the cutest . After the remodeling of the office they have really done well making the office a welcoming atmosphere. Mz.Nyashe goes out of her way to make the residents feel at home and safe and she’s treat with so much disrespectful attitudes towards her and the people. When the Corporate Office comes to see how things are going here. With that happening I don’t want to live nowhere like that.

  Leasing office does not answer or return calls. You can call everyday at different times and no one EVER answers. Very bad for business…
