  My tour with Elsie today was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. The 1 bedrooms are very reasonably priced for the quality and size and located in a great area. The unit she showed me had a really open floor plan and private bathroom. I really liked this property and would definitely recommend coming here.

  I made multiple attempts to obtain basic leasing and application information from Columbia Greens. As an out-of-state applicant, clear communication is critical, yet the leasing office failed to provide even standard details about how to apply. Calls were not returned, emails resulted in vague responses, and there is no clear online application process available. Prospective tenants are directed to contact the leasing office, but the office does not provide the necessary information when contacted. This level of disorganization and lack of responsiveness raises serious concerns about how the property is managed. If simple pre-leasing communication cannot be handled properly, it does not inspire confidence in how current residents are treated. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would advise other prospective renters to proceed with caution.

  The people who write bad reviews about management are the same ones who break the rules on the property! Ms. Debbie has been nothing but amazing to my family! Very grateful for her and Management! Keep up the good work!

  This property has new management. My elderly family lives there and it’s horrible. The previous owners were horrible and the new owners are just as bad. While visiting my family I witnessed the property manager move one of their vehicles from a resident parking spot to their assigned garage while allowing their guest to park in the resident parking. Two resident parking spaces were occupied by nonresident. Guest of the property manager. If the manager doesn’t have to follow rules, why does the residents have too??? If a nonresident parks in resident parking they are towed. This is so unprofessional. Management abuses their powers.

  I have been a Resident here for will be 8 years April ,30th I absolutely love it here office staff is very professional maintenance work really hard to keep things a one. Mr.Gary is loved by MANY.
