  I requested maintenance for a repair in my apartment and the maintenance guy Miguel Roura was very nice! Responded within a reasonable time!

  If I could give this Briarwood Apartments employee Miguel Roura 100 out of five I would. I really do appreciate when people go beyond what is expected and provide what is exceptional. Miguel is very knowledgeable professional and always completes my service request in a timely manner. In my two years at this community, I have never had to contact the management office to have him come back and redo a service request or call management to check the status of one of his service tickets. His commitment to quality is commendable and I wanted it documented. Thank you, Miguel for always being diligent in your job duties.

  Stay away from this place. Absolute terrible service that's condensing, rude, and dismissive. We had just moved in on Feb 2026 and we regret it. If we had known the staff would talk to us this way we would definitely had not signed up. They will intentionally ignore phone calls, talk down to you, and have maintenance come unannounced into your bedroom while you're sleeping. Usually I wait until my lease is up to post, but this is the only way our voice can be heard
