  jackie was very professional and helped us get our first apartment, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. jenifer also made a great impression by greeting us every time we came into the front office. we really appreciated their kindness and support!

  The new “unlimited laundry” program at Bel-Air Oaks has been very disappointing. Residents are being charged monthly, but access is a constant issue because keys are often unavailable. Jackie in the office has said more keys are coming, but there’s been no real resolution. Even when you’re able to get into the facility while the door is open, there are ongoing problems with machines not working properly, and there have been instances of flooding. Overall, it feels like this service was rolled out before it was ready. If residents are paying for it, it should actually be accessible and functional.

  I’ve been a resident at Bel-Air Oaks and recently signed up for the “unlimited laundry” membership that’s added to rent each month. While the concept is convenient, the way it’s being managed is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have now paid for this service in both March and April and still have not been able to access the laundry facility because there are “no keys available.” Every time I go to the office, I’m told the same thing with no real solution, no timeline, and no accountability. I’ve specifically spoken with Jackie in the office, who has continued to say more keys are coming, yet nothing has changed. At this point, it feels like residents are being charged for a service that management was not prepared to provide. Charging tenants for a service that is consistently unavailable is unacceptable. This should have been fully organized before being added to rent. It reflects very poorly on management and the overall professionalism of this property. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, whether that means providing access as promised or adjusting charges for the months residents have been unable to use the service.

  Renuevo porque no quiero estar en el trajín mundandome!!!!! Más de tres semanas necesitando que vengan a reparar la nevera y no vienen, pero a la hora de pagar la renta son buenisimos cobrando!!!!!!!!
