  Adonis did a great job on fixing multiple maintenance problems we had in our apartment. He did the job real quick and was very nice and professional! I am very content with the service

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Avasa Spring Branch Apartments, and I can honestly say it was one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had while apartment hunting. I stopped by for an unscheduled tour, and although the leasing consultant was assisting another resident, the manager, Amber, immediately stepped in without hesitation. Amber was absolutely amazing she took the time to truly listen to my concerns, understand what I was looking for, and answered every single question with patience and care. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Instead, I felt genuinely valued and welcomed from the moment I walked in. The community itself was beautiful, clean, and had such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It really felt like home. Experiences like this make all the difference when choosing where to live. My lease is up in June, and after this visit, I truly believe I’ve found my next home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a community that truly cares!

  I lived in Avasa Spring Branch in 2025 and i could'nt be more happier. I will highly recommend this community to anyone moving to Houston. A Very well maintained community and very classy. Did not have any maintanance issues but even small requests are quickly addressed by the service team. The community amenities are top notch. My favorite was the apartment overlooking the pool. Again always well maintained. The community office staff is very friendly and responsive. I would not have moved out if not for my job transfer. If I ever move back to Houston, Avasa Spring Branch has to be my home again. The only downside, which i believe is true in most communities these days is, I got a little unlucky in terms of noicy upstairs neighboor stomping and running around their unit, moving heavy furniture or something all day, everyday. I had to call the Office a couple of times even during midnights like 1am to make them stop their nonsense which was taken seriously by the office staff and got addressed, it eventually did get better.

  This is the worst place! I need to write my review on my experience. But wanted to add this to save people trouble and Do NOT sign here. Way better options out there. When I lived here one of my cars had their taillights stolen TWICE and my other car had bananas and avocados smashed into the windows and hood.. this is just a few bad things… front office was not helpful also.

  Living at Avasa has been my best apartment living experience thus far. Although I no longer call this place my home their efforts to make this a safe and comfortable environment can’t go unnoticed. From the front desk admins to the maintenance team, everyone did their part to make it a pleasant place to live. I can honestly say Avasa never ignored the issues and always tried to make things right and safe for us residents and visitors. They did not leave residents In the dark and promptly addressed community concerns. Thank you Avasa for all your hard work.
