So far. So bad. I moved in about a month ago, the first day of move in gave me a real sense of what living here would be like. I was finalizing paperwork w/ Erin when it came to the “towing company” sign-up portion of the move in. I told Erin I had seen this grift before and didn’t not want to give my info to some random towing company. (They sell your info btw) think spam. Besides, I have a garage and will rarely park on the lot. I was then told it was mandatory to sign up, then I was told it was optional?! So which is it? Eventually the manager came out of her office and stated it was required. She then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t sign up and parked outside of my garage for even a second, my vehicle is subject to tow. I honestly thought she must be kidding around right? Like who says that to a resident? Especially a new resident. The AT&T guy they provide tried to rip me off by lying about signing up for cable services when adding the internet. Stated they were “having a special deal” where I get $200 on a gift card. I asked if I could cancel at anytime and he stated yes. Afterwards I found out that he signed me up for a TWO year contract that “was NOT cancel at anytime. Luckily enough I was able to end it before penalty. I told I would receive a promo for moving in as well as free administrative fees for preforming a look and lease. These were both lies. I asked later and was told I did not qualify. On my second day of living here I busted two people stealing catalytic converters in the parking lot about 10 cars down from me. Someone else wrote that the walls were thick?! Ha! Not in my unit. I can hear my neighbors so clearly I know what his plans are for the next week. I know for sure that I have three neighbors because I have heard them all so far. And all this could be yours for the low price of $1600 per month. What a joke.

Lived here last year, the plumbing and AC was down at least once a month. They also never gave us our $150 deposit back even after calling their office 10+ times. Coincidentally no one was ever available to pick up the phone in the office...

UPDATE: Nothing has been done. Nothing will be done. Manager and leasing agent do not care. Multiple occasions of no one being present in office for hours during business hours. They love to respond to Google reviews, but they do not execute. What really is the cause of the problem. ———————————————————————— There have been ongoing safety concerns on the property, including vehicle break-ins, yet residents receive no communication about these incidents. Management is quick to send emails about minor issues like dog waste, but there is zero transparency when it comes to crime or safety updates, which is concerning for residents. Ongoing for years…… Attempting to get assistance from the office staff has also been extremely frustrating. Simple questions—such as asking about gate codes or reporting minor issues—are often met with dismissive or disrespectful responses. On multiple occasions, I personally witnessed office staff speaking negatively about and to residents while brushing off legitimate concerns. When concerns are escalated to the leasing manager, responses are nonexistent. The property manager is rarely present on-site and has been unresponsive to documented issues. Even simple matters are not handled in a timely manner, and communication appears to happen only when it is convenient for management. Overall, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication from the leasing team creates a very disappointing resident experience. Prospective residents should take the existing reviews seriously. Many of the concerns mentioned in past reviews remain unresolved despite management responses stating they would be addressed. Seeing repeated assurances online with little to no follow-through speaks for itself. There are also ongoing maintenance concerns, including reports of mold within units, broken glass throughout the property, and an overall lack of a secure environment.

I want to start by saying I loved my apartment however, you will regret moving into these apartments when you meet the staff and see what's going on behind the scenes. Maintenance is sleeping with residents, RACOONS ARE IN THE WALLS AND CEILINGS. Lakisha can be VERY difficult to deal with as she thinks she runs the place. If you would like pictures and videos reach out to me for more information.
