- ZDZamarcus Dowell6 days ago1.0These Apts never answer the phone. They’re always never do work orders on time 2 to 3 weeks to get to your work orders. What kind of apartment is this always going straight to AI never answering the phone. How do you run service with an automated system? been trying to get through the line for a solid three day straight no answer so if you get off of work late, tell me how you’re supposed to get anything done and they don’t answer the phone. If you don’t believe me call yourself you’re gonna go straight to AI automated system that’s not gonna answer even when they send you a text. That’s not working people. The world is not run by AI. I don’t understand y’all customer service stop letting AI answer the phones and put real people on the line. I’m sure others will agree with me.

- HHHuy HoangMar 19, 20264.0I ain't gonna lie and say Artesian is perfect. It's not. But no apartment is. I been here almost a year and encountered plenty of issues. However, the key is to be patient and keep following up with the front office to address the issues. For example, I gotta give a shoutout to Ms. Mili (assistant business manager) for her time and help to work with me through the lease renewal. She provided great customer service throughout the process, addressing all my questions, which I really appreciated. So check Artesian out; you might be pleasantly surprised.
