Horrible! 0/10 would not recommend! Hot water is always out. No notice is ever sent to residents regarding anything. Apartments are half put together when you move in. I can’t wait until my lease is up! Not worth the money! Carpet old and dirty should have been replaced before me and my husband moved in! DON’T MOVE HERE!

I really love how convenient is for me to have the school walking distance. Needless to say all the amenities they offer. My kids love the area and all the activies the office have done. Halloween, christmas etc. Derisha and Darryl have made my stay welcoming. They are always there with the best attitude. I truly recommended it❤️ (My rate broke the scale)

DO NOT RENT HERE. Trust the below 2-star rating. The rating has dropped more ever since I lived here with my family almost 5 years ago. That 12 month period has been the worst decisions I've ever made in terms of living situations. While we lived there we had a variety of problems ranging from the apartment being dirty from the day we moved in to a roach infestation so bad that we were unable to use the dishwasher because all of the now "clean" dishes would be crawling with roaches after every wash. We had to wash everything by hand for most of our lease because otherwise roaches would swarm the kitchen during every wash in the machine. They never did anything about it. I can't speak for the conditions now but the courtyards were not maintained and they were littered with dog waste because nobody enforced any cleanup. When it rains, as it does in Houston, leaks would occur and the walkways leading to stairs and apartments would flood every single time. Neighbors would have things stolen all of the time, I recall seeing a few broken windows.
The real nightmare began upon moving out. We stayed for the remainder of our lease because I signed a contract and I intended on filling my end of this bargain. I handed them a notice of intent to move out by the specific date on our lease and proceeded to move out. We cleaned the apartment (far cleaner than when we moved in), we moved out, paid the last month and thought we'd never have to deal with them again. Two months later we get a letter or phone call (I don't recall any more) stating that we owed them for a broken lease, 1 month of rent, and damages totaling around $2500. We refused to pay this because this wasn't our error and fought with them for a while. They sent this to collections and it's haunted us since then. Other rental properties refused to rent to us and it's been a problem for damn near 5 years. Just now at this very moment (mid-2019) we're trying to get an apartment with a place that works with broken leases over 3 years old and a red flag popped up saying they put this back up as if we broke a lease mere MONTHS ago. Which is impossible since we were living in Colorado. Maybe that constitutes as fraud on their end, I don't know. They're making our lives difficult even YEARS later. Do yourself a favor, DON'T MOVE HERE.
