  I toured four locations and 5550 suited most of my criteria. Ask for Brittany she's very knowledgeable of the area and property. This location is quiet and one exit away from a large and diverse shopping community. Also big shoutout to Brittany, leasing agent for the onboarding process, she was very patient with me with me which I do appreciate. Moving can be a very stressful process and she was unwavering in her commitment to providing the most excellent of service.

  I’ve lived here for almost a year now. Haven’t had any crucial issues with the apartment or its amenities. The staff is pretty reactive on personal engagement; if you bring a good attitude they will reciprocate. A few weeks ago, there was a misunderstanding with my car a the towing people. However, the staff up from worked with me and for privacy sake, I was able to get my car back without any issues. That meant a lot for me as a college student and I’m grateful to have a staff that is willing to listen, as long as one approaches with respect.

  So far I’ve been here for a month. Apartments are modern & upgraded. The staff is great, they are friendly and informative. They are very tech here so everything is done through the comfort of your phone, such as payments, gate opening, etc… The apartments are very peaceful , no rowdy neighbors, they are very calm. When you walk outside everyone minds their business and just a chill vibe. Units come with Wi-Fi included , washer and dryer and new appliances. Amenities here are free Wi-Fi throughout the property we have a very clean and modern pool area. We have a small gym where we can go and workout. They have a couple vending inside next to the gym where the kids can run for a quick snack. Everything is super clean. There is plenty of parking spots available. There is also a complimentary officer on the property. Apartments do have some upgrades being made such as roofing and fire alarm systems being checked and installed but it’s not something that is a bother. The staff does a great job by letting us know through email that we have these things going on , on the property so we know what to expect. They also have small community events for us happening at the club house every month, this month they had amenities and whiskey & wine. Which is great for adults. It’s a concierge house keeper service, which I thought was very neat for us in case we need to relax one day and have someone take care of the little things in our home.   When I stepped into 55Fifty, I knew it would be my new place to call home. I’ve been living here for almost 4 months, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The area is quiet, well-maintained, and truly gives a luxury feel while still being warm and inviting. The amenities are a highlight. The pool is a perfect area for relaxation, and the gym has great equipment to stay consistent with workouts. A special thank you to Saisha and Britney for making my move-in process smooth and stress-free. Their care and professionalism truly stood out. Maintenance has also been reliable and quick to resolve any issues and has coordinated with the front office for anything that was overlooked, which I really appreciate. I also love the complimentary teas in the leasing office. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes a difference. If I had one suggestion, it would be to incorporate more resident events and occasional freebies to build even more community here. Overall, this community has exceeded my expectations because the intentional care and peaceful environment. 5/5!

  I love staying here! My apartment is absolutely beautiful on the inside and so spacious. Whenever I have a maintenance issue they’re always here immediately even if it’s a last minute emergency! Everyone in the office is so helpful. Britney is always there for me and Mariah. I lost my car and was in a drought and they gave me different ways for rental Assistance and were understanding. Parking lot and amenities are always clean. They have different social events in the office if you ever are feeling lonely and need company. They also have a chill area and computers. They’ll scan documents for you as well. Pool area is always clean and put together. There is a slight trail to walk if you want to get outside exercise. Plenty of parking with covered and garage options. The gym is well equipped. They just got a snack and drink vending machine. Which I absolutely love. They always answer the phone and there is someone always in the office to assist you. I’ve been here for 2 years and I have no complaints. It’s right off the freeway and there are gas stations on either side of the complex. There is even a family dollar, a tire place, a Wendy’s, Dunkin Donuts and Jimmy John’s all within walking distance. Next street over is more eateries a Target, Homegoods, Family Dollar, Gym and a Walmart. I lived here with a car and with no car and my experience has still been excellent. It’s a no smoking community so you don’t have to worry about funky smells in the hallway. Thank you so much 55 Fifty staff for making this a home for me.
