  Leanne worked diligently to find the perfect rental home in my child’s school district. When we found “the one,” she handled everything and made it a stress-free and easy process. Since I was a first time renter, she thoroughly and clearly explained all aspects of the renter’s contract. Leanne suggested some minor changes to the contract that benefited my family’s needs and handled negotiations with the homeowner. She accompanied me on move-in day and brought several reusable bags with trash bags, toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, cups, paper plates, napkins, plasticware, bottled water and snacks. What a thoughtful and VERY helpful gift bag of “immediate need” items during a move. After we moved in, she followed up with me to see if we were happy in our new home and has continued to check in with us every few months. Leanne is excellent at her job, not only for her expertise, integrity, diligence in finding the right home for your needs, but she also has a warm, bubbly personality and gives the best hugs!   Leanne was amazing to work with and a complete professional through and through. She took initiative in curating a list of properties for us to look at, especially in finding us the specifics of what we were looking for in our new home.
