Recently moved to the Vine & Vail community and have been pleasantly impressed with it! Pilar & the rest of the team were terrific and made the move in such an easy process. Great location and very quiet compared to other communities. Would definitely recommend & don’t forget to ask for Pilar, he’s great & super helpful!

Pilar was amazing with giving us a tour! Very personable and friendly. Answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Giving 5 stars based off his performance alone.

I just moved to Vine + Vail about a week ago. This has hands down been one of the easiest moves I’ve had to any complex. Pilar and the rest of the staff have been extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating.
I have very minimal issues with my unit upon arrival as I signed this particular unit sight unseen even though I did tour other units here.
The few issues I did have, which again were very minor, the maintenance team addressed immediately. I am very satisfied with my move in experience thus far and the few neighbors I have met are all also extremely polite and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Vine Vale Apartments. The community is clean, safe, and well-managed. A huge shoutout to Kieran, the assistant manager, who has made my time here even better. Very professional, courteous, and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues quickly, or just being approachable, Kieran truly stands out. Highly recommend this complex!
The walking trails were the only thing that I miss about living here. Its a nice greenspace behind the buildings, and you'll have encounters with bobcats, coyotes, scorpions and rabbits, but thats to be expected living right next to a small wooded area. Pilar in the leasing office along with Steven in maintanence are awesome staff at V+V. Very knowledgeable and helpful/friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the positives of living here ended. We unfortunately experienced:
-Excessive noise from mall traffic and overhead airplanes. For the reviewers that state that its "quiet", well, that is simply a bold faced lie. V+V is located directly under the primary North arrivals/departures runway for DFW airport. Add to this that its right across the street from the mall and down the road from a fire station, and its noisy pretty much 24/7. If you happen to live in any of the townhomes, or in an apartment facing the complexs' parking lot, you'll be treated to even more traffic noise.
-Speaking of parking, don't expect your visitors to have a place to park thier vehicle if they stop by. There are no overnight visitor parking spots on site, so guests will have to park across the street in the mall parking lot. They do strictly enforce towing here, so much so that they almost towed our car from our own PAID RESERVED parking spot due to a mix up in the office.
- Dirty hallways and filthy elevators. Not only are these areas frequently littered with debris (and the stench of cigarette smoke and marijuana), the elevators have no air conditioning or heating. Plus, you'll enjoy hearing everything echoing through the hallway, as the hallways/breezeways are just concrete.
-1 trash dumpster for entire complex (the dumpster on the other side of complex is for recycling), so expect to have it overflowing and be an eyesore during the weekends, as well as reeking terribly. Always found it interesting that they thought planting a bunch of mint nearby would help with covering the stench.
-Refusal to pay back security deposit. V+V lied multiple times about saying that they mailed our refund to our new home. After 30 days had passed, we were adamant about being able to just physically pick up the check at that point (which we were then told was not an option, as they don't issue the refund/ cut the check on property). We got quite the runaround from management, including more lies about them having mailed it out to our home. After over 2 months (64 days actually, well after the legally required Texas law of 30 days to return) and informing them that we were filing to take them to court, lo and behold, we were then told we'd be able to physically pick up our returned deposit check at the LUMA residential headquarters in Dallas as an option (an almost 35 minute drive from V+V).
Overall, if you can overlook these issues when looking for a new place to call home, then this might be the right place for you.
