You’re not just paying for materials or labor – you're paying a premium for their markup, their margins, and their manipulative pricing schemes. These squeezing brothers offer limited/outdated options. yet charge maximum dollar. It’s a carefully crafted trap – one that locks you in early with contracts, only to reveal their true face after it’s too late to back out. If you value your peace of mind, avoid Toll Brothers at all costs. You're not just building a home – you’re entering a one-sided deal where you lose.
