I asked her about the average estimation for utilities for a one-bedroom apartment, and she said she didn’t know. If you don’t know the basics of your job, I’m not sure what to say. Even when you ask her questions, she often replies with just one word. Sometimes, you need more detailed information. The apartment itself is good. I recommend taking help from Andrew. I asked him the same questions and received all the information I needed. He’s a great guy! 5/5 for andrew 2/5 for hanna
