- YYYasmeen4 days ago1.0Pros • Location • Maintenance staff are nice Cons • Unfriendly management, very unorganized. I heard from a neighbor who recently moved in that the staff was super helpful and friendly at first, but completely flipped once the lease was signed. • So many spiders and spider webs in the underground parking. • If you have a child, think again. The floors and walls are the thinnest I’ve ever lived with. We are constantly worried about bothering our downstairs neighbor. You can hear people’s music/TV while walking through the hallways. • We live on the third floor and the single garage is on the first floor. It’s extremely loud when it opens and shuts. I can only imagine how loud it is for the second-floor residents. • If you don’t pick up packages within 48 hours, you will be charged $5 until they are picked up. • If the elevator goes out, expect it to be out for 2+ weeks. • Extremely limited unpaid parking.
