  Reached out via FB to Angela who had an ad posted online, I live four hours away mind you so I don't know these people and vise versa, no response was given to me but I was blocked after I inquired about the property. I contacted the office (Alyssa) to tell them about the experience they claim that the young lady doesn't work here....the ad was posted yesterday. After speaking with the woman on the phone, you can tell there's subpar intellect here. Probably a good thing to just avoid this place all together. It's going to be problematic, the office staff's not professional.

  They need a better selection process for new residents. Last month, a new family of 4 moved in and quality of life has gone downhill ever since!! They are extremely loud starting around 7 PM every single day of the week and the unwashed BO smells and roaches coming out of their unit is UNREAL. They also have an unruly large pitbull dog - I overheard the male resident say they bought a fake emotional support animal certification online in order to bypass the breed restrictions. Management really dropped the ball this time around. They really need to look into this.

  I applied on 3/24/26 and was told the process would take up to 48 hours. It has now been 5 days, and I have not received any updates from the staff. I’ve visited the office twice (around 5:25 and 5:40), and although someone was inside, the door was locked and I was completely ignored. I have also called multiple times with no answer. On the one occasion the office was open, I spoke with Alondra, who said she would follow up with me, but I never heard back. The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been patient and understanding, but this experience has made me reconsider moving forward. If this is how communication is handled before signing a lease, I can only imagine how it would be afterward.

  Lived here when it was called Hunters Cove. On my move in day they were switching companies so nobody was in the office. In the one year I stayed there, they had changed property management company at least 3xs. And the first 1 months had no issues then here came the roaches I mean so many of them! And now seeing the reviews mention rats! The parking lot was always invested with large raccoons but my goodness this place just continues to go downhill

  Terrible management .Terrible complex. Keep every receipt, email, and document as they routinely misplace items or ask for proof when they fall short. I had maintenance issues at least once a month. From wet carpet due to leaking sewer lines to the A/C constantly going out (cannot cool below 80° in the summer. FYI). Only good thing is the location.
