I read the review that another person left, and I also have the similar experience. My family and I went to apply for an apartment and sat down with the leasing agent for about an hour and gave her all the detailed information of what I made annually. It was very disappointing that we had to chase the final record the final information two weeks after applying not a call not a conversation nothing I was told that I needed to show more proof of income, which I did, which was told it was exactly what I needed for the approval after providing the information only three times we were denied after the fifth or six call very disappointed and how this was handled when anyone moves. it’s a time sensitive issue.

We stayed at this complex for a year and as soon as our lease ended we left. Half of this summer, our AC was out. It was incredibly hot in our unit. After multiple complaints and maintenance request, anytime they went to check on our unit. They would brush off our concerns stating it was a freeon issue. It wasn’t until we noticed a leak they finally checked it out and replaced everything. They stated needing to order parts which took weeks. They gave us temporary window units however those would leak water constantly onto our carpets to a point where our apartment became inhabitable and it started to smell of mildew. Not only that, our electricity bill doubled and they would not help with compensating or even offering us a safe unit to live in. Our AC issue started in the beginning of August and wasn’t officially fixed until end of September. In the process of fixing our AC one of the maintenance worker had broken our bathroom sink in which we put in two work orders, no one ever came to fix it. We also notice a lot of different fees every month which didn’t make sense or add up, and every month valet trash would be charged twice. (Which we feel is over priced to begin with.) In the process of moving out we found a dead rat lying in the grass which had been there for days. This apartment is also infamous for towing cars, so please if you’re a resident make sure all vehicles staying on this property for multiple days are registered. (One of cars have also been towed.) Be mindful, they DO NOT have a lot of traffic yield signs, and my car was unfortunately involved in a collision. I was on the right side of the lane when a car turned into my lane and hit me. They also do not have cameras, so was not able to help with our case. We’ve had a very unpleasant experience with this apartment and looking forward to moving out to a new one.

I have been at this apartment complex for 6 months, and I’m going to end my lease soon due to rent going up for unnecessary expenses. These apartments don’t match the price at all.

Poor communication from the Sharaj, and no attempts made to apologize for poor behavior (such as hanging up the phone or raising her voice). The emails sent are aggressive or threatening rather than sent with the intention to explain a situation or disseminate information. When I called the office, I was met with the same aggression as the emails. There is a clear lack of patience, problem solving skills and lack of ability to positively approach a situation or use positive language. For more context, I had previously provided my spare key to make a copy. I was told they would return my key once they made a copy. I have not received my key back but I received an email saying “management will proceed with drilling out the lock, and a $250 charge will be applied to your account.” In other words, my key is lost and I was being held responsible. I had to call around to have my key found. They were not pleasant interactions and management was not apologetic in the least.
