Very big on hospitality. I came for a schedule tour and instead of rescheduling ahead of time I came all the way here and was told my tour was canceled because of the rain. I’ll show pictures how it looks outside when I came , the lady could have showed me the unit.

Trace and Saberia are absolutely the best! I had some issues with Verifast, and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, kept me updated, and made sure to get back to me quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication truly made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate all their help!

Good customer service and nice community. Look closely when you move in, as we have a big crack next to the bar, they spray paint the tubs leaving drips from the paint and around water heater to cover any marks. Towel rack was about to fall on one side and the toilet paper holder was already messed up, just placed to where it didn’t look broken. They won’t give you the $1,000 off the first month unless you call them and message them to take it off on your own.

I’m disappointed with the condition and maintenance of this property. A permanently attached exterior building component detached from the roof and fell, causing damage to my vehicle. This was not due to weather or tenant action, but a failure of a structural component that should have been properly maintained.
What’s most concerning is not just the incident itself, but how it was handled afterward. Management denied responsibility in writing and cited lease language rather than addressing the underlying safety issue. This raises serious concerns about preventative maintenance and accountability for exterior building conditions.
Tenants should feel confident that basic building components are secure and that safety issues are taken seriously. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I would strongly encourage prospective residents to ask detailed questions about maintenance practices and how incidents are handled before signing a lease.
