  I had an excellent experience with Adrianna Gonzalez at LynnCora Apartments in Grand Prairie. From the very beginning she was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can sometimes be stressful, but Adrianna made everything smooth and easy. She communicated clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. If you’re considering LynnCora Apartments, I highly recommend asking for Adrianna. She truly went above and beyond to help me get settled into my new place!

  Talked with Phoebe about potentially moving into a 2 bed with a friend in the upcoming months. She’s really respectful, was straight to the point on things, and I was able to grab a full understanding on what I was looking into from her! Definitely recommend getting with her if ur looking for a new place to lease

  So as a former resident here let me just say this is by far the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. Upon moving in automatically there were problems with the amenities such as coffee machine constantly out of order to the pool sticks in the game room being broken and then the pool being constantly packed by people that didnt even reside there but the MAIN issue was towing, vehicles had been registered with proof and yet they STILL towed my guests vehicles. I ended up living here for two years but within the last maybe 6 or 7 months of being there I started noticing a major difference in those moving in & it got so much worse. Constant yelling/cussing in the hallways, loud smells of marijuana in the halls, loud inappropriate music being played in the pool area, women in bonnets & thong swimsuits twerking at the pool in front of of kids it was disgusting. They’ve started allowing those that are on section 8 housing move here & it is a total nightmare, paying over $2100 a month just to have to be uncomfortable in your own home, every other week you see a different apartment with a huge red eviction sign taped to it. You have been warned & I advice you to look elsewhere, the only reason for a 2 star is because the maintenance staff was always super fast to reply & very professional that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.
