  The location is great and that is where the positives end. The water smells like rotten eggs - and constant use doesn't eliminate the ordor. Also , the water is hard. Inferior construction that allows smoke order to permeates thru pipes; management will say the is 'common and expected '. The parking is poorly constructed, always a narrow miss of collision using the main gate. The parking company is a joke. Covered parking is fair, just not maintained frequently to reduce pest(wasp nest , spiders , roaches). Lawn crew is poor and always leave debris on yout car. The hallways would go weekwith debri and, at times animal poop on the carpet. Package locker system sounds good ,but was more a problem, esp with Amazon. The washing machine only has one agitation speed, despite the dials and barely washes the clothes. And many of the people that live there don't pickup after their dogs, walk them off leash and allow them to piss near rhe stairwell which is an unpleasant daily unpleasant aroma ,and safety issue. The complex sent out notices, but no enforcement. Overall, ihis is NOT a luxury complex and not worth the money or the specials.

  I can speak on a lot Ive been trying to get in these apartments for 2 weeks everyday it’s something different seems like the closer I got to being finish they found something else I paid for 3 applications just to keep getting an excuse every time first it was they didn’t take chime they took Venmo then it was they didn’t take chime but chime was one of the banks connected to them then it was my boyfriend check stubs was fake he proved them wrong then it was his social was fake then turnt around after I was denied they told me to just have him apply but why would I do that and they just said his social was not his please make it make sense then after my bf applied first he was approved then he wasnt they just won’t money

  I absolutely love this community. Phoebe and Adrianna have shown me nothing less than 5 star treatment throughout my entire move. They both are incredibly patient as well as extremely professional. The clubhouse and grounds are immaculate and everyone seems happy to help.

  My family and I have lived here for 2 years. We moved in thinking, Oh, this is home. Living here was good at first, but after a while, the place started to go downhill. Some of the front office staff don't have a clue of what your talking about carpet nasty and the elevator smells like weed and trash on the floor the rent got really high so we decide.it's time to move on.

  I am excited to move to LynnCora, my friend has been here for a while and I seen no complaints. The place is beautiful in a very nice area! Amenities are great and staff is awsome and very helpful! Shout out to Ms Adriana! She knows her stuff, and made the process very smooth for me!
