  I absolutely love this community. Phoebe and Adrianna have shown me nothing less than 5 star treatment throughout my entire move. They both are incredibly patient as well as extremely professional. The clubhouse and grounds are immaculate and everyone seems happy to help.

  My family and I have lived here for 2 years. We moved in thinking, Oh, this is home. Living here was good at first, but after a while, the place started to go downhill. Some of the front office staff don't have a clue of what your talking about carpet nasty and the elevator smells like weed and trash on the floor the rent got really high so we decide.it's time to move on.

  I am excited to move to LynnCora, my friend has been here for a while and I seen no complaints. The place is beautiful in a very nice area! Amenities are great and staff is awsome and very helpful! Shout out to Ms Adriana! She knows her stuff, and made the process very smooth for me!

  When I walked into the leasing office Phoebe greeted me and my friend with the biggest smile and she made us feel so Welcome. Adrianna displayed Phenomenal customer service during our Move-in process.

  How can beautiful looking apartments be a horrendous place to live? Let me share. As I’m writing this I am currently locked out my apartment because they use smart locks which apparently they don’t upkeep with changing the battery. My whole building once went 4 days with no electricity. I had to go to family’s house because i work from home. I had to move all my groceries. I emailed management & property owners about reimbursement, they all ignored me. Management is rude with no power or authority to handle any real problems. They simply have no accountability or empathy for the problems they put you through here. All their decent staff end up leaving because even they know it’s a terrible place to be. There’s a sewer smell that is awful. I’m getting concerned with inhaling the toxins every day. They have a trash man that comes whenever he wants even though he’s supposed to be here at 8 so they expect you to leave your trash bins out all night or get a violation. The walls are made of paper. You can hear a regular conversation walking down the hallway. Good luck getting your mail because there’s always a problem with your packages being delivered without getting a luxer code or being placed in the wrong locker. My package was once stolen on camera which the office confirmed luckily Amazon reimbursed me. I’ve been trying to mind my business until my lease is up by staying to myself & I can’t even do that because it’s ALWAYS SOMETHING! This is the worse complex I have ever lived in. They tow cars that are registered & the office does nothing about that. In the summer they find any reason to close the pool even though they are amenities we pay for. They have a reason to come inspect your apartment way too much. It’s just a terrible & annoying place to be. I hate moving because it’s a headache but honestly living here is an even bigger one. Looking forward to my lease ending and moving on from this nightmare. This is only some of my problems not even all of them. I’m pretty sure most of their 5 star reviews are fake because they went from 2 to 4 stars within days of the manager changing. The maintenance crew is the best part about this complex and when they have better reviews than the staff that’s a red flag. Good luck to anyone who moves here. Everything that glitters isn’t gold. * The update from the response owner just goes to show how they don’t take any accountability nor do they pay attention to your actual problem. There was nothing wrong with my key. The battery inside the smart lock died, which they should inspect when they come into your apartment to inspect every few months. Also, there’s nothing kind about their staff which you can confirm in previous reviews. These ppl will ignore you and all your problems until you write a public review I guess.
