- KRKayla RosalesNov 17, 20251.0There have been many ups and downs while staying here, but for the most part the apartment management does take responsibility when issues come up….. the complex only has one dumpster, and it’s constantly overflowing with piles of trash to the point you can’t even get to it. On top of that, ever since moving in, my dishwasher had mold in it, which I didn’t notice until after I settled in. A foul smell kept getting worse, so I had maintenance come check it — and they told me it was “normal.” That is hilarious because I’ve lived in apartments before, and mold in the dishwasher has never been normal. They told me to run the dishwasher every week to “keep water out,” which makes me think the plumbing was Not done correctly in the first place. For how expensive these apartments are, they are extremely basic with nothing upgraded or high-tech to justify the price. To make things even worse, the receptionist gave me false information about my lease agreement, which completely messed up my moving plans. I wanted to move out sooner, but the wrong information was given! Extremely unprofessional even with new management. Overall, living here has been nothing but stress and unprofessional! I genuinely cannot wait for my lease to be up I want nothing to do with these apartments anymore. 🙌

Her energy and enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable, and she went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about the community and leasing process. Ty was very informative, patient with our questions, and provided great service every step of the way. We truly loved her positive attitude and professionalism — she made us feel right at home! Highly recommend working with her! The apartments she showed us were all beautiful and spacious!

She is very welcoming and her energy is thru the roof… As soon as my family and I walked thru the door she made us feel like we were at home already.
