I lived here for three years. Great place to live.The management are the best. Everyone are so nice and understanding without judgment. Sue is the sweetest person I've ever met. And maintenence are so quick to respond to any problems you may have. Best place to live. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

I enjoy living here but the parking situation sucks. If you don't have a carport/garage or have an overnight guest come over you have to fear your vehicle being booted or towed. They did not consider parking when building these apartments that's for sure

The only thing Avilla Traditions has working for its advantage is its location. Everything else consistently fails to meet expectations — from management and move-in/move-out experiences to parking, maintenance, and amenities. The correlations between negative reviews from previous tenants speak for themselves: broken gates, poor construction quality, ongoing maintenance issues, and unreturned security deposits are recurring themes. Renters should be aware that the advertised “luxury” lifestyle is not delivered, and the value for price is highly questionable. In short, this property may look appealing on paper, but in practice, it falls far short of expectations.
