- ARAnna RushNov 5, 20251.0UPDATE: Make sure to schedule a FORMAL inspection before move out or you WILL be charged for “damages” - we owe $800 for “repairs” and “paint”. ABSOLUTELY STEALING, that place was spotless when we left. NOT TO MENTION, they had workers going in our unit BEFORE our official move out date, we saw them when we went to go pick up a package. recently received a collection notice for nearly $800, which came as a surprise since I moved out approximately five months ago after living there for one year. My forwarding address was provided at the time of move-out, and I was never notified of any outstanding balance. I am unsure why this balance exists or why the account was sent to collections without any prior notice. Throughout my lease, my rent was always paid on time, so this appears to be an error. Additionally, it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone in the office, calls go unanswered, and messages are not returned which has made resolving this issue very frustrating.
