  Creekside@grand Prairie has the best staff so far. Maintenance, i would say is top notch. My AC is out during after hours, I called the emergency hotline, Maintenance guy names Jesus was the best. We had to do a video conference call and he put me through on how to do it. I was glad he helped. Thank you sir. I would say the whole staff system is very efficient.

  Linda Claiborne, Community Manger, at Creekside at Grand Prairie is exceptional! She is very well knowledgeably in her profession as she provides great insight. Make sure to connect with her when deciding on you next home.. Great place to live!

  Came for a tour of this place last Sunday when they opened at 1 pm and no one showed up . We waited for around 20 min . We also called the apartment office, it was outsourced so it wasn’t the actual staff answering the phone but they did not even have a number to reach a manager to tell them we were waiting outside the lease office, they just told us to continue to wait and call back if no one showed up in 15 min . there was also a resident that was waiting outside and said the move in process hadn’t been great for him and the staff was great up until the lease was signed. That was too many red flags at once so we left! The apartment didn’t bother calling us to reschedule or apologize for not showing anyways!

  i’m moving in tomorrow with my girlfriend from the coastal bend area and have grown up in the dfw area previously. I recall the dfw area being big in community and always having the kindest people but Ty collins really affirmed that. even though we toured super early and had to make multiple adjustments throughout our leasing process Ty was always so kind, patient, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. Ty was so knowledgeable and flexible with helping us find our perfect home ! we are beyond grateful to have met her and that she took care of us every step of the way. If it weren’t for Ty, we really would have continued apartment shopping but her hospitality and charisma really hit home with us and ultimately was the reason we chose Creekside! That lady needs a raise!!!! we love Ty and we’re so excited to move in tomorrow!! - bella & jenn

  I am a new resident at Creekside and I had a roller coaster of an experience moving in. At first this would have been a 1 star review but Ty, Jose and Jesus turned it around. Our move in date was April 1st. I had been calling the property all day to schedule the move-in to pick up the keys but they weren’t answering. I decided to just walk-in to get myself sorted. Since this was a weekday, I took time off of work to come pick up my keys. I came at 1PM but the doors were locked and the sign said we would be back at 9AM. I waited not too long assuming they were on tour and I left. I kept calling the office again but no response. I came at 4PM and the doors were still locked with the same sign and now this was weird. We waited for about 15 minutes and nobody came. We still called the property and you guessed it, no answer. We called the customer service line to tell them that no one’s at the door during office hours and no one is answering and they couldn’t help us. We were on the phone for another 15 minutes and we escalated the complaint to corporate because there was literally no solution. What could we have done? We needed to move in. We had been waiting for 30 minutes and we still haven’t had our keys. At this point we had lost the entire day to move in. We got frustrated and we were able to catch Jose and Jesus on their golf cart. They told us that the property is on holiday but they got us connected to Linda on the phone . She told us the same thing and said they were supposed finish all move ins the day before. We were not told about this and we weren’t reached out. She did manage to get Ty to get us moved in and get our keys but like I said at this point it was too late to start moving in and I took they day off from work for no reason. Ty de-escalated the situation and she handled us very professionally. Seriously her, Jose and Jesus deserve a raise. They acknowledged their mistake and got us sorted. Ty even gave us a little gift for the inconvenience and a way to reach out to her if we ran into a problem. We couldn’t register one of our cars and she fixed it instantly. Awesome job Ty! However besides that the move-in wasn’t great. Even though Ty, Jose and Jesus deserve 5 stars and I am only giving 5 stars because of them, the whole process before that was unprofessional and infuriating. All Linda kept saying on the phone was “Calm down, Calm down.” That was so ridiculous come on, obviously I am going to be frustrated and granted that I was a little loud but I wasn’t yelling at her nor I was being harsh. I am not a child to be told to calm down, I lost business for a day just because the inability and incompetence of the property manager to make us aware that they would be off that day. It wasn’t a federal holiday so we couldn’t have assumed that they were off. We have escalated this situation to corporate and we are waiting for their response. I do still want to talk to the property manager personally to discuss this. The apartment so far is awesome but it only has been a few days Long story short Ty ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jose ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jesus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Linda ⭐️ Apartment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We think the apartment is awesome so we are reflecting that on the rating, not reflecting a bad experience on the rating. However I will update the review after I get to talk with Linda and get a response from corporate and update the rating accordingly Future residents: communication is not the best so be aware of that
