  Sara helped us find our new house and she was by far the most patient, helpful and understanding agent we had worked with during our house hunt. She went above and beyond and had a great attitude the whole way through. We are super happy with our purchase!

  Wolf Ranch - Pulte Sara I want to thank Sara for her outstanding service she has provided us. We had scheduled several appointments with multiple builders while we were out in the Austin area specificially Georgetown. We did not have an appointment with Sara but we showed up when they opened. We looked at some of the homes while she was attending the other appointment she had. We listened in to the presentation and walked to the amenities on the home site. We fell in love with it. We went back to her office after her other appoint left. We went over pricing and made the desicion to buy. We went over the selections and options that same day. She kept in contact with us on a weekly basis and walked us through the steps while our home is being built. This whole buying and building process has been a pleasure. We are excited to move into our new home. She knows I am going to be a challenge as I am architect and will be watching!!!!

  Working with Sara Thomas and Pulte Homes in the Wolf Ranch subdivision was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a builder in my 18 years of being in real estate. From start to finish the entire Pulte team went above and beyond for us. The communication was stellar, and the attention to detail was very impressive. I highly recommend purchasing a home from Pulte in Wolf Ranch…and if you do, you will love working with Sara. She is amazing!

  Sara was an EXCELLENT resource for my buyers, who are actively searching in Wolf Ranch. While they weren’t able to find a floorplan that matched their unique family needs, Sara spent a good bit of time with us and hosted a multi-lot tour through the community, provided detailed information about the amenities, patiently answered all questions and demonstrated a keen sense of insight on all features, pricing and build. She is a great resource for Pulte Homes and highly recommended.
