  Quality is lowest and all they keep saying is this is not custom home. They make it sound like this is low quality factory home being sold at 465k like it is cheapest home in texas Even 290 k homes are lot better I will not buy another home built

  Well…. Where do I begin. We started the process of buying a home back in September. A lot of promises were not being kept. They basically forced us to close earlier than what we discussed from the beginning. Jessica was the only person who really considered from our perspective. We were “being noticed” that our home will be closed earlier without any prior discussion even though we were told that they would give us a 40 days notice. Then they said they would give us an extra $5000 incentive for the early closing. Well…. Let me tell you about the Mortgage team. They sent us the final numbers 2 business days before the closing. Didn’t discuss with us about the fact that they decided that they couldn’t apply all the insensitive. By the time we contacted them, of course it was too late to change anything because they wanted us to close before 2025. At the final walk, we pointed out that there were dead patches grass, issues with fence, and pretty bad slopping issue with the backyard cause the big soggy patches that we were unable to use the space. We also found out that they didn’t install the shutters panels outside the house as it stated in the contract. We communicated our concerns. Everything was promised very well. A whole month after closing, the slopping issue is still there. They came once tried to fix the irrigation system. As a result, they chipped some more fences and the gate. The shutter panels are still missing. The dead patches of grass are still there. They work really fast with all the other houses around us probably because those houses are where the money is. We already paid everything. There’s nothing they can get anymore. We have to live with all the frustrations and still waiting for the promises to be fulfilled. I’ll update if they handle the situation later. But as of right now, I would not recommend anyone to buy here unless you don’t mind their approach with the business.
