  Cindy is one of the best property managers I have ever come across. She truly cares about everyone on the property and she truly tries to make whatever circumstance you’re in a better one! This place is nice and everyone keeps to themselves. The inside of the home are beautiful and worth the price you’re paying everyone in the front office is very kind and so willing to help! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

  Yo tengo un problema es que ni el microondas ni la estufa sirven casi desde q llegamos ya tenemos más de un año y ase poco reportamos y solo dicen mañana vamos y nada y hablo y sólo dice no español y con eso se quitan mi problema

  I recommend this place to anyone and especially to college students in the area. This was a quiet and respectful community to reside in so it made managing school workloads simple . With access to the highway around the corner and the grocery store down the road it made living here beyond easy. The staff is amazing, Antoinette truly cares about her tenants and works around the place like there’s two of her. My lease was a year and I can’t think of any issues i had maintenance wise that weren’t solved 15-20 mins after the complaint. I absolutely suggest living at georgetown park.

  If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. I would definitely not live here thinking that it’s a better deal. You’re getting what you pay for. It’s better to just pay a few hundred more and live in a much nicer complex. I lived here for a year and a half. The first 6 months were okay, but started noticing things that were not cool very early on. The parking is terrible and very inconvenient, it seems that there aren’t enough spaces for everyone and when it’s full you need to park on the street. Not to mention how narrow it is. There are people that are constantly walking the street and there were even times where people who weren’t residents there were laying out on the lawn being disruptive and nothing was done about it. There were several times that strangers would knock on my door in the middle of the night and try and open the door because it’s not gated and anyone can walk up. Someone once even tried to break into my apartment in the middle of the day. The “amenities” are nasty. The “laundromat” is a couple of very outdated washers and dryers. I always went to a nicer laundromat, because on top of that, clothes were getting stolen. The pool is unclean and not nice at all, never once used it while I lived there. Neighbors were creepy. Materials in apartment were very cheap and would break easily. There were mice and you could hear them in the walls and they would chew the carpet whenever I wasn’t there. My heating/ac unit was messed up and the ceiling would leak in the bathroom. When I called maintenance to fix it it was still not fixed. When I decided to break my lease, everything was paid in full and on time, yet even after moving out I was still getting billed for things and told that they were for one thing by one person in the office, and then would get a paper saying that it was for something else. Overall, not worth the headache. It’s unsafe and unclean. Look somewhere else.

  Have had no issues esp with maintenance! Elaine has made it a pleasant place to live!
